New apartments are under construction on a parcel located at 14815 Pioneer Boulevard in Norwalk. The project proposal includes the development of a multi-family residential complex, replacing two single-family homes.
Downey-based real estate development firm Florence Homes is the project developer.

Named The Views, the project brings a three-story building, consisting of sixty-two residential units. The residences are offered as a mix of eleven one-bedroom, seventeen two-bedroom, and thirty-four three-bedroom units. A parking space with a capacity of 120 vehicles will be developed on the site at street level.

Renderings depict a Spanish Colonial Revival-style building that will include multiple courtyards. On-site amenities are inclusive of a gym and a community room.

The apartment complex was approved last year by the Norwalk City Council. It will exceed certain zoning limits on building size due to an agreement to set aside sixteen apartments as very low-income affordable housing.
