A new residential project has been planned at 8315-8319 and 8335 Greenleaf Avenue in Whittier. The project proposal includes the development of 17 homes planned next to the Whittier Greenway, on a site that is a a rezoned industrial property. Local real estate development firm Lee & Associates is the project developer. Downey-based Florence Homes is responsible for the design concepts.
