Construction is nearing structural height at 10412 Venice Boulevard, in Culver City. California Landmark Group is the developer behind the project, which has been entitled, “The MV by CLG.” Renderings of the development were recently posted on their Facebook group, stating that it is “Coming soon to Culver City” and to “Stay tuned.”
New three-story development can be seen at 1829 14th Street in Pico, Santa Monica. The non-profit developer, Community Corporation of Santa Monica, has successfully launched an affordable housing project. The project is a housing complex reserved for senior citizens; persons aged 62 and older.
DE Architects is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
Exterior work has finished at 11407 Santa Monica Boulevard in Santa Monica, Los Angeles County. The project, by Wisemen Residental, will bring denser housing and retail to the location. Signs on the property indicate that Lee Shapiro is the real estate agent for the commercial space.
Los Angeles-based developer Jamison Services Inc has successfully broken ground to initiate the construction of a new multi-family apartment complex at 689 South Catalina Street in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes an eight-story high building comprising of sixty-one apartment units.
DFH Architects is managing the design concept and construction.
Exterior work is finishing up for 5050 West Pico Boulevard in Mid-Wilshire, Los Angeles. The project, dubbed the “Kentish Town,” aims to bring a competitive alternative to more expensively priced apartments in the region. 5050 Pico, LLC is the developer, an entity managed by Gagandeep Lakhmna.
