The project proposal includes the development of a four-story supportive housing project, replacing VCHC’s former office on the site. Venice Community Housing Corp (VCHC) is the project developer. Brooks + Scarpa is responsible for the design concepts.
A new apartment complex has been proposed to replace a single-family home at 570 Normandie Avenue in East Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of 16 apartments, replacing a single-family residence from the 1920s. Investment firm Surco Holdings is the project developer. Kevin Tsai Architecture is responsible for the design concepts.
A development has been proposed at 1 Baxter Way, in Thousand Oaks. The site is currently a 386,500 square foot office building that was approved in the late 70’s as headquarters for Prudential Insurance Company. The current owner, Kennedy Wilson, proposes splitting the 43 acre property into two lots, a 34 acre lot with another at 9 acres.
Construction is underway for new apartments proposed at 825 South Coronado Street in Westlake, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a six-story apartment building on a vacant property lot. Los Angeles-based Safco Capital Group is the project developer. The Albert Group Architects is responsible for the design concepts.
After a long-term delay, construction has wrapped for Godfrey Hotel at 1400 North Cahuenga Boulevard in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a seven-story hotel building with a restaurant, rooftop deck and bar. Oxford Capital Group is the project developer.
