A new office building has topped out at its location at 5237 West Jefferson Boulevard in West Adams, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a three-story office building with onsite parking and a rooftop deck.
Los Angeles-based Center Capital Partners, LLC is the project developer. Abramson Architects is responsible for the designs.
The project broke ground last year and concrete frame is now complete. The building will offer space for office use spanning an area of 72,000 square feet. Parking for 185 vehicles will be located in a subterranean garage beneath the low-rise structure.

Renderings reveal offset floor plates, an exterior of glass and metal, and a large rooftop amenity deck. At the time of the project’s groundbreaking, the anticipated completion date was mid 2023. The project site is located northwest of Metro’s Expo/La Brea Station.
