77 North Conejo School Road has opened, in Thousand Oaks. The project, by Jemstreet Properties, brings 40 new units to the area, in a contemporary architectural design. All parking for the site is below grade. 62 parking spaces are provided.
Approval for an infill project has been granted for an apartment building proposed at 1814 South Federal Avenue in Sawtelle. The project proposal includes the development of an apartment complex with 11 units. The development site is currently a vacant lot, previously developed with a single-family lot. Federal Holdings 26 LLC and Jericho Holdings LLC are the project applicants. Warren Techentin Architecture is responsible for the design concepts.
The Los Angeles Department of City Planning reviewed a project proposed at 2217-2227 South Bundy Drive and 2222-2244 South Amherst Drive in Sawtelle, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the redevelopment of 16 single-family homes with two large apartment buildings. San Francisco-based firm Carmel Partners is the project developer. Carrier Johnson + Culture is responsible for the design concepts.
299 Thousand Oaks Boulevard is taking shape, in Thousand Oaks. The project was approved by the city council in 2018, and is expected to open in 2022. The Latigo Group is the developer behind the project, which will bring new luxury apartments, and some commercial space to the area.
A large mixed use development has been planned for 1872 Newbury Road, in Thousand Oaks. The 10 acre lot, at the South East corner of Newbury & East Kelley Roads, is near the 101 freeway. Designs will include 45,500 square feet of open space, made of several plazas.
