A new small lot subdivision will soon replace a single-family house constructed in the 1930s at 8327 North Burnet Avenue in North Hills, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes an application seeking approval to redevelop the site into nine single-family dwelling units. Plans call for the demolition of the existing single-family residence. Asaf Glazer is listed as the property owner who acquired the land in early 2019, according to the city records. GA Engineering is managing the design concepts and construction of the houses.

8777 is completed in Culver City. Apple is the new tenant, and has recently announced plans to bring 3000 new employees to Culver City by 2026 by “expanding its state-of-the-art campus with additional space for these employees and more.” Apple currently hosts its Apple TV headquarters out of Los Angeles.

Expansion is underway for a multifamily residential project planned at 3812 South Dunn Drive in Palms, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of forty-two apartments that will be appended to an existing building developed by the same developer. West Los Angeles-based developer, California Landmark Group (CLG), acquired the Dunn Drive site in 2018 from Napa Industries for $7 million.

The project proposal includes the development of an affordable residential building with mixed-use spaces reserved for households earning between 30 to 60 percent of the area’s median income. Orange County-based developer National CORE broke ground on the project. Santa Ana United Methodist Church is the property owner. SVA Architects is managing the design concepts and construction.
