The project broke ground in 2019, and wood framing can now be seen on the site. The project will bring forty-nine dwelling units in a six-story apartment building. A two-level basement parking garage will be designed on the site.

Renderings reveal designs inspired by traditional Korean art and culture. The building facade will employ contrasting light and dark materials to create visual depth. Onsite amenities are inclusive of a rooftop deck on the upper floor.

The estimated date of market availability has not been announced yet.

The project site is situated near the intersection of 7th Street and Hoover Street. The apartment complex will be developed near other mixed-use and residential projects.
