A new multi-resident apartment complex has been proposed at 208 North Crescent Drive in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story apartment building offering multiple residential units and onsite parking. The project, if approved, will replace a single-family home from the 1920s on the site. City records list GACAC LLC as the owner and applicant. Kevin Tsai Architecture is responsible for the designs. Beverly Hills-based Platinum Equity is the project developer.
