A new multi-family residential complex has been proposed for development at 9220 Santa Monica Boulevard in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new residential community comprised of 12 six-story buildings offering a total of 250 apartments.
BH Gateway, LLC is listed as the project applicant.
The scope of work includes the redevelopment of the project site spanning an area of 500,000 square feet. The project will bring 12 six-story structures and one four-story amenity building above a two-level subterranean parking structure. The proposal calls for 250 residential units, and utilizes state density bonus law to grant incentives and waivers from local zoning rules.
The project site was previously proposed to have offices on the site. A project application has been submitted to the City of Beverly Hills, pending review and approval.
The site spans approximately an area of 2.49 acres, consisting of a 2.11-acre private property bound by Santa Monica Boulevard to the northwest, Beverly Boulevard to the northeast, and Civic Center Drive to the southeast and southwest. It also includes approximately 0.37 acres of public right-of-way surface area proposed to be vacated by the City
