Apartments Planned At 4101 Exposition Boulevard, West Adams, Los Angeles

A new apartment building has been proposed for development at 4101 Exposition Boulevard in West Adams, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story residential building. A trio of 1940s multifamily residential buildings are slated to be razed and redevelopment with the larger apartment complex. Abington Emerson Investments is the project developer. Ottinger Architects is designing the building.

Los Angeles City Planning Commission sanctioned a new residential development at 2225 Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a seven-story multi-family residential building with on-site parking and the demolition of the existing buildings.
Cypress Equities Investments (CEI) is the project developer. Ottinger Architects is managing the design concept and construction.
