A new residential project is pushing dirt at 15812 South Vermont Avenue in Harbor Gateway, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of 22 small lot houses, replacing a series of small residential and commercial buildings. Nerja Investments, the Irvine-based firm is the project developer. Pathema Studios, also known as MOCC Group, is also affiliated with the project.
A new development has been approved for 2110 North Ventura Avenue, in Ventura. Deemed “North Ventura Apartments,” it will replace a 3,500 square-foot residence built in 1921 and a 2,400 square-foot workshop structure, with multi family residences, including some low income housing. Downtown-based firm RYDA is the project developer. MVE + Partners is responsible for the design concepts.

The project proposal includes the development of a residential high-rise with onsite parking and landscaped open areas. The Cimmarusti family, a local real estate firm, is the project applicant. JFAK Architects is responsible for the design concepts.
