A new residential project has almost reached completion at its site at 13615 South Vermont Avenue in Gardena. The project proposal includes the construction of 84 townhomes. The housing complex is named after the site’s former occupant, the Moneta Nursery
Melia Homes is the project developer. Summa Architects is responsible for the designs.
Named Moneta Pointe, the project has been under construction for the last two years. Construction of a new for-sale housing complex has almost reached completion. The project site is a parcel spanning an area of four acres. The project will bring 16 buildings featuring a total of 84 residential units.
Renderings reveal a series of three-story buildings featuring two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom floor plans. Moneta Pointe will also feature two designated affordable units, which would feature one bedroom each. Parking for more than 200 vehicles is proposed via surface stalls and enclosed garages within the buildings. Per project’s site, prices for Moneta Pointe start in the $700,000s.
The estimated market availability has not been announced yet.
