A new apartment complex has been unwrapped at 7500 Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of two buildings offering a total of 200 apartments.
Greystar is the project developer. The project was entitled by Faring, a real estate firm headquartered in West Hollywood. Steinberg Hart is the project architect.
Named Rae of Sunset, the project has been under construction for the last seven months. The scope of work includes the construction of two buildings located at 7500 and 7550 Sunset Boulevard. The project will offer a total of 200 apartments, including 20 units of deed-restricted housing at very low-incomes. Commercial space will be developed on the ground floor, along with basement parking.
Out of the two buildings, the smaller building is proposed to have a triangular footprint. The smaller building flaunts a red brick façade, and the larger building features a sand-colored tile finish. Both buildings have outdoor decks for residential uses.
Pre-leasing for the apartments is set to begin in Summer 2023. The project site is located at Sunset Boulevard and Gardner Street.
