A new apartment complex has been unwrapped at 7500 Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of two buildings offering a total of 200 apartments. Framing is rising at 7500 and 7550 Sunset Boulevard, in Hollywood. The project, adopted by Greystar, will bring 236 new units to the area, split between two buildings. The sites are expected to open in 2023.
AMP Lofts have opened in the Arts District of Los Angeles. Greystar Real Estate Partners is the firm behind the project, at 695 South Santa Fe Ave, which will provide artist in residents units to the community. The design includes pieces of the site’s history, such as the signage from the original tenant, AMP Automotive, after which the project is named.
