There will be a pool with an accompanying deck and lounge area. Both sites will include drought tolerant landscaping and outdoor dining space. Parking will include 145 commercial parking spaces, 229 residential parking spaces, and 45 guest parking spaces.

Steinberg Hart has taken over the architectural design. It includes some commercial space. Concurrent construction of the sites aims to reduce the overall construction timeline. The site was the former location of Meltdown Comics.
