The project proposal includes the construction of new modular homes, replacing three duplexes constructed in the 1920s. Hollywood-based firm Relevant Group is listed as the project developer. Work on 919 South Harvard Boulevard is wrapping up, in Koreatown. The project has been titled “E on Harvard,” according to the property management website by Moss and Company. The site received a 70 percent density bonus by making 10 percent of the units low-income housing.
