Exterior finishing is nearly complete at 960 West 7th Street, in the Financial District of Downtown Los Angeles. The project, by Brookfield Properties, will be one of the tallest residential towers in the city. An interest list has opened, with rentals starting in January of 2023.
A new mixed-use project is taking shape at 11111 Jefferson Boulevard in Culver City, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story building offering housing, retail, and office spaces. The project will replace a post office and a Coco’s restaurant on the site. 3MR Capital and The John Buck Company are the project developers. Culver City-based wHY Architecture is responsible for the design concepts, while AO serves as its architect of record.
8th & Figueroa continues to rise at 732 South Figueroa Street, in the Financial District. Mitsui Fudosan America is behind the project, which was previously one of the few open air, at grade parking lots in the area. When completed, the project will reach 42 stories tall.
A new residential project has been planned at 1327-1331 Burnside Avenue in Mid-Wilshire, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of five small lot houses on a vacant lot. West Coast 2014 3, LLC is the property owner. S Squared Architecture is responsible for the designed concepts.
Exterior finishing has started at 215 North San Fernando Road, in Lincoln Heights. The project is by 4Site Real Estate, also wrapping up work on a larger development across the street. Combined, the buildings will modernize and revitalize the area.
