Construction Underway for 1950 South Avenue of The Stars in Century City

Vertical progress is steadily unfolding at 1950 South Avenue of The Stars, a 37-story office skyscraper in the heart of Century City, Los Angeles. Designed by Johnson Fain and developed by JMB Realty, the mixed-use project will eventually top out at 564 feet tall, yield a total of 730,000 square feet of new office space to become the new homes for CAA and Clearlake Capital, and offer ground-floor retail space. The property is being built next to the under-construction Century City Metro station, with two acres of gardens and courtyards atop a basement parking garage, bound by Avenue of the Stars and Constellation Boulevard.

Creative Artists Agency Relocates To 1950 Avenue of the Stars, Century City

Creative Artists Agency recently announced that the CAA headquarters will soon be moving to a new location at 1950 Avenue of the Stars in Century City, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a high-rise office tower that will serve as CAA’s head office. Nearly after two decades, the proposal is coming to fruition. JMB Realty is the project developer. Bjarke Ingels Group is responsible for the design concepts.

Senior Housing Project Moves Forward At 10330 Bellwood Avenue, Century City, Los Angeles

A senior housing complex will soon be available on the market at 10330 Bellwood Avenue in Century City, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes a residential complex that will replace three existing buildings located south of Olympic Boulevard. Texas-based real estate firm South Bay Partners is the project developer. Rios and VTBS Architecture have teamed up and are managing the design concepts and construction.
