A senior housing complex will soon be available on the market at 10330 Bellwood Avenue in Century City, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes a residential complex that will replace three existing buildings located south of Olympic Boulevard.

Texas-based real estate firm South Bay Partners is the project developer. Rios and VTBS Architecture have teamed up and are managing the design concepts and construction.

Named The Bellwood, the new housing project will bring 192 apartments for seniors, offered as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The proposed development will include independent apartments, assisted living units, and memory care units. On-site amenities are inclusive of an indoor pool, activity rooms, and supportive services. The complex will also offer parking space with a capacity of 140 vehicles at the basement level.

Renderings reveal a contemporary design with six stories facing Bellwood Avenue that scale down in height toward the adjacent neighborhood to the south. The design showcases a tiered roofline that will be used to create landscaped terrace decks.
