10270 Almayo Avenue has opened, in Century City. It contains new units, a couple of which are low-income housing, across from Rancho Park Golf Club. Malik Corporation, a developer with over 30 years of work in Southern California, is behind the project.
The building is four stories tall, with 38,115 square feet of floor. The dimensions are 45 feet tall, 123 feet long, and 100 feet wide. Inside there are 33 apartments, with prices falling around $3,000, except for three, which fall under the very low-income tier.
There is one level of basement, equipped with electric vehicle charging stations. There is room for 5 compact, 1 disabled, and 29 standard parking spaces. 33 long-term and 3 short-term bicycle parking spaces are provided on-site. The Westwood/Rancho Park Station, connecting to the Metro E Line, provides public transportation to the area.
The interior of the site features caesar stone countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, custom cabinetry, Whirlpool appliances, in-unit large capacity washers and dryers, hardwood flooring, and elevator access. Kamran Tabrizi is listed as the architect behind the design. $6 million was the permit valuation at the time of filing.
