A new residential project is under construction, taking shape and form at 1022 West 223rd Street in West Carson. The project proposal includes the construction of a new townhome community offering 21 residential units in four three-story buildings.
Torrance Development LLC is listed as the property owner. Envirotechno is responsible for the designs.
The scope of work includes the construction of a new townhome community featuring 21 single-family residences. The community will feature four three-story buildings. The residences are being designed as a mix of three-bedroom and four-bedroom floor plans. The residences will range between 1,924 and 2,352 square feet in size.
The project site is located near south of Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. The estimated market availability has not been announced yet.
