A new residential project has reached completion at its project site located at 2599 Alsace Avenue in West Adams, Los Angeles. The project proposal included the development of a new six-story building featuring residential units and onsite amenities.
CIM Group is the project developer. Hwangbo Architecture is responsible for the designs.
The scope of work included the construction of a new building rising six stories high and featuring 23 residential units. The building offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans. All units will come equipped with washers and dryers. Onsite amenities include a rooftop deck and a recreation room.
Project approvals included Transit Oriented Communities incentives, permitting a larger building than otherwise allowed by zoning rules. In exchange, plans call for two of the apartments to be set aside as affordable housing at the extremely low-income level.
Renderings reveal a modern design with a facade expressed in stucco. The units will be available in the market soon, with rent ranging from $2,199 to $3,799 per month.
