The project, by Doron Gelfand and Ossie Ben Tov, of Agoura and Cornell Roads LP, plan to develop the site with a variety of new uses. It will include 47,900 square feet of dwelling units, 17,800 square feet of office space, and 25,000 square feet of retail.
