Renderings Revealed For Income-Restricted Housing At 1880 East Walnut Street, Pasadena

New renderings have been revealed for an income-restricted housing project proposed at 1880 East Walnut Street in Pasadena. The project proposal includes the development of a two-to-four-story condominium building located on the south side of Walnut Street between Parkwood and Greenwood Avenues. Pasadena-based non-profit builder Heritage Housing Partners is the project developer. Moule & Polyzoides is responsible for the design concepts.

High-Rise Apartment Tower Tops Out At 960 West 7th Street, Downtown Los Angeles

Almost three years after being under construction, a high-rise apartment tower has finally topped out at 960 West 7th Street in Downtown Los Angeles. The project site was previously named as 755 South Figueroa Street. Brookfield Properties is the project developer. Webcor Construction is the general contractor. Marmol Radziner is designing Beaudry, with LARGE Architecture serving as executive architect.

Glass Siding Starting to Wrap Exterior of 100 California Street, in Burbank

Glass siding is starting to wrap the exterior of the second of the “Iceberg” buildings at 100 California Street, in Burbank. Designed by Frank Gehry of Gehry Partners, LLP, the space will eventually be the offices of Warner Bros. Studios. The project has been named “Second Century,” in anticipation of Warner Bros. reaching a 100 year anniversary in 2023. The project is expected to wrap up in the same year.
