A preliminary application has been submitted seeking the approval of a medical office building at 590 Fair Oaks Avenue in Pasadena. The project proposal includes the construction of a four-story building near Huntington Hospital. Smith Group is managing the design concepts and construction.
Ramcliff Construction and Development has started excavation at 708 New Depot Street in Los Angeles. When completed, the site will provide denser housing and a couple of low-income housing units to Chinatown. The site received an 11 percent density bonus.
Site preparation makes its way for containing an affordable housing project at 2721 Wilshire Boulevard in MacArthur Park, Los Angeles. The project proposal consists of constructing a new supportive housing complex with on-site parking and other residential amenities.
1901 West Blake Avenue is nearing structural height in Frogtown. The development is by real estate investment firm Uncommon. It will bring additional housing, including some low-income housing, to the area.
Framing is completed at 4208 East Huntington Drive, in El Sereno. The development, by East LA Community Corporation, is entitled “Rosa de Castilla.” It will bring 83 new low-income housing units to the area.
