Construction has been finished for a new residential project at 724 North Croft Avenue, Beverly Grove. The project brings new townhomes, and the sales price starts at $2 million. Los Angeles-based firm Etco Homes is the project developer. Kevin Tsai Architecture is managing the design concepts and construction.
The project, named The Addison, brings twenty-eight townhomes to Los Angeles. The residences are offered as a mix of two and three-story layouts with two and three-bedroom units. The floor areas range between 1,241 square feet to 3,306 square feet. On-site amenities are inclusive of a furnished lobby, a resident lounge, and outdoor seating.
The architecture styles implemented are inspired by Spanish design, evocative of the area’s colonial history. The exterior is designed with landscaped elements along Croft Avenue, opening to an open-air atrium.
The Addison is a part of Etco’s three-building project, Melrose Collection, which includes sister projects located on Sweetzer Avenue and another under construction directly across Croft Avenue. The project is located north of Melrose Place.
