Fore Properties is the developer for the project, it is part of the company’s recent expansion back into California, after nearly 30 years of investing in other locations throughout the country.

The project proposal includes the development of a new six-story building offering 490 apartments. Mixed-use project will rise from a former car dealership site. Hankey Group and Jamison Services Inc are the project developers. MVE + Partners is responsible for the design concepts.

The project proposal includes the development of a seven-story apartment building offering affordable housing units as well. Los Angeles-based real estate developer Local Development LLC is the project developer. Lahmon Architects is responsible for the design concepts.
Twenty-seven new homes are proposed for 1101 West Second Street, in Oxnard. The site is currently a surplus location of Oxnard Union High School District. California Realty Ventures is the developer behind the project, and currently has an interest list open.
A new look has been published for a mixed-use development proposed at 6116-6144 West Pico Boulevard in Mid-City, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use building offering residential and retail spaces. Plans call for the demolition of a series of small commercial buildings. Pico Treasures, LLC is listed as the project applicant. West Pacifica Design is responsible for the design concepts.
