107 South Hewitt Street, between the Arts District and Little Tokyo, is nearly complete. The project is a collaboration between Boulevard Partners and Bridge Investment Group. The site is a couple of blocks away from LA Union Station, the hub for connections throughout the county. A website, recently launched for the complex, states that the site will be, “Welcoming you home soon,” and offers a simulation of the one site views of Downtown Los Angeles from the upper floors.

New design tweaks have been proposed for a residential development at 253 Los Robles in Pasadena. The project proposal includes the construction of a new six-story multifamily residential development. The project will replace an office building on the site. Pasadena-based entity Zhuang & Zhong Los Robles, LLC is the property owner. Korn Randolph is listed as the project’s landscape architect. Tyler + Kelly Architecture is responsible for the designs.
