Exterior finishing has started at 5550 West Pico Boulevard in Mid-Wilshire. When completed, it will bring denser housing, and some low income housing to the area. Wiseman Residential is the developer behind the project.
The exterior of a new development is taking shape at 1522-1538 South Cassil Avenue in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of an apartment tower with commercial space and on-site parking. The new mixed-use development will replace a surface parking lot on the site. The Bond Companies is developing the project. DE Architects is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
Entitlements have been secured for 1500 Hi Point, in Faircrest Heights. The project has yet to break ground, although it has been over five years in the making. It is a collaboration between Trion Properties and Ketter Construction.
Long Beach and its Mayor Robert Garcia celebrated the completion of a mixed-use supportive housing complex at 1900 Long Beach Boulevard in Midtown, Long Beach. The project brings affordable and supportive housing units near the Metro A Line’s PCH station. Linc Housing is the project developer. City Fabrick, D33 Design, and WHA Architects are responsible for the design concepts and construction.
Units are continuing to rise in the phased opening of Shore Line 50, at 5001 West Wooley Road, in Oxnard. The site is less than a mile from the beach. Williams Homes is behind the development. The site was previously referred to as Anacapa Townhomes in some documents.
