A new residential project is under construction at 4406 Fulton Avenue in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of 25 apartments and onsite parking on a long-empty site.

Local real estate firm I & L Investments is the project applicant. Labyrinth Design Studio is responsible for the design concepts.

Plans call for the construction of a five-story apartment building offering 25 units. The units will be offered as a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments, including two units set aside as very low-income affordable housing in exchange for density bonus incentives. The apartment complex will feature basement parking for 39 vehicles.

Renderings reveal a series of terrace decks facing the intersection of Fulton and Moorpark, used as balconies for residents. Plans also call for a rooftop deck.

The property site, located at the northeast corner of Fulton Avenue and Moorpark Street, is a short walk north of the LA River. Sportsmen’s Lodge is located just over a half-mile northwest.
