The property was previously home to a Marie Callendar’s restaurant. Newport Beach-based Mission Pacific Land Company is the project developer. William Hezmalhalch Architects is responsible for the design concepts. Hermann Design Group is the landscape architect for the project, designing its central recreation area and dog park.
