A new residential project has been proposed for development at 1157 South Kingsley Drive in Pico-Union, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of five small lot houses, replacing four rental units from the 1920s.
Eric Tsang Architects is responsible for the designs. Eric Tsang Architects is also listed as the property owner and developer of the site.
The project site is a single parcel spanning an area of 5,900 square feet, which will be divided into five lots, each of which will be redeveloped with a single-family home.
Renderings reveal a series of contemporary three-story homes for the site, clad in stucco and covered with wood slats. Floor plans show three-bedroom layouts, each located above a two-car garage at street level.
The property was sold in June 2021 for approximately $1 million, according to city records. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
