A new residential project has been proposed for development at 1157 South Kingsley Drive in Pico-Union, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of five small lot houses, replacing four rental units from the 1920s. Eric Tsang Architects is responsible for the designs. Eric Tsang Architects is also listed as the property owner and developer of the site.
