Plans call for the demolition of a commercial building and a single-family home currently located on the site. Local real estate firm Haroni Investments is the project developer. Townhomes at 195 Simi Village Drive have been completed, in Simi Valley. The project, by Landsea, is made of 37 separate buildings, ranging in from three to seven attached units, bringing 211 new homes to the area. It has been titled “The Westerly.” The 17 acre site used to stage Simi Valley Days, corn crops, and seasonal pumpkin and Christmas tree lots.
A proposed storage facility located at 13260 Maclay Street in Sylmar, Los Angeles will now include apartments units.
