A new residential project has taken shape and form at its project site at 2500 Rosecrans Avenue in Gardena. The project proposal includes the construction of townhomes offering residential and work-live spaces.
G3 Urban is the project developer.

The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 2.5 acres. Named Walnut Place, the project will bring a total of 52 townhomes, including three live-work units. The townhomes are designed as a mix of two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom floor plans. Plan sizes range between 1,369 and 2,012 square feet in size.
