A new residential project is under construction at its project site at 3808 College Avenue in Culver City, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a two-story residential building offering condominiums and onsite parking. A 1940s triplex was demolished for the construction of the new condominium complex.
Los Angeles-based Wylan James is the project developer. Los Angeles and London-based KAP is designing the project.

The project will bring a two-story structure featuring six townhome-style residences. The residences will be designed as three-bedroom units. The condominium complex will also feature a subterranean parking garage for 13 vehicles. Renderings reveal a contemporary building, featuring an exterior of stucco and wood siding.
