A residential community is under construction at 2500 Rosecrans Avenue in Gardena, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of townhomes replacing a single-tenant commercial building.
Gardena-based G3 Urban is the project developer.
Named Walnut Place, the project will rise from a parcel measuring 2.5 acres. Plans call for the construction of fifty-two townhomes, including three live-work units. The residences are offered as a mix of two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom dwellings ranging between 1,369 and 2,102 square feet in size. The project offers five distinct floor plans and two home types and includes 2.5 and 3.5 bathrooms. Each house will feature solar power and state-of-the-art energy-efficient solutions.
The private gated community will feature enhanced sustainable landscaped walkways and paseos. Onsite amenities are inclusive of spacious outdoor decks and seating.
The property site is situated in the heart of the city, in close proximation to various dining and shopping options. The project sits close to the other two similar projects by G3 Urban located along the Rosecrans corridor.
