The interior features include an elevator, controlled access, and on-site laundry. It is a non-smoking community. Dogs and cats are permitted. There is one level of the basement, with 12 car parking spaces, and 24 long-term and 2 short-term bicycle parking spaces. AFCO is behind the contemporary architectural design, which features eastern elements, blending with the popular aesthetic of the community. Balconies add an additional dimension to the facade. The permit valuation was $2.9 million at the time of filing. Applications are currently being accepted at eonharvardla.com.
