A new residential project has reached completion at its site at 1950 North Central Avenue in Compton. The project proposal includes the development of 29 residences, built as single-family homes.
Seal Beach-based homebuilder, the Olson Company, is the project developer.
San Jose State University Future Expansion Plan
Named Blossom Walk, the gated community is located on a former industrial site. The residential space includes a total of 29 single-family residences with floor plans of up to 4 bedrooms and 1,797 square feet. Each house includes a full driveway, a two-car garages, an open-air decks, and a backyards. Additionally, plans call for common amenities such as a private park, a tot lot, and a barbeque area.
