A new residential project has been fully-framed at 731 North Fairfax Avenue in Beverly Grove. The project proposal includes the construction of a new five-story residential building featuring apartments and parking garage on the premises.
Davis Safai is the project developer. Plus Architects is responsible for the designs.

Facade framing is now complete for a new five-story multifamily residential complex featuring 43 apartments. The apartment complex also feature a parking garage on the site. Approved plans utilize Transit Oriented Communities incentives to achieve greater floor area and density than allowed by zoning rules. In exchange, plans call for four of the apartments to be set aside for rent as extremely low-income affordable housing.

Renderings reveal a contemporary low-rise structure, showcasing a stucco exterior and a small rooftop deck overlooking Fairfax Avenue.
The project site sits a few blocks west of the intersection of Melrose and Spaulding Avenue, where a smaller mixed-use apartment building was completed in late 2021.
