Apartments Unveiled At 21001 West Kittridge Street, Canoga Park, Los Angeles

A new apartment building has finished construction at 21001 West Kittridge Street in Canoga, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new residential complex rising five stories high.

Fairfield Residential is the project developer. Architects Orange is responsible for the design concepts.

Named Chroma, the apartment complex features a total of 275 residential units offered a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom dwellings. The apartment complex also features a central parking structure providing parking spaces for up to 400 vehicles. Approximately 32,000 square feet of open space amenities are planned for the project, including a fitness center and a rooftop deck.

Renderings showcase a wrap-style apartment complex with a contemporary design in blue and white facade made of metal siding, brick veneer, and plaster.

The project site is located at the intersection of Kittridge Street and Independence Avenue. The estimated market availability has not been announced yet.
