A new mixed-use residential project has reached completion, with apartments almost ready for move-in at 1800 Beverly Boulevard in Historic Filipinotown, Los Angeles. The project proposal included the construction of a new six-story building offering 200+ apartment units and retail space on the ground floor. Cityview is the project developer. AC Martin is responsible for the designs.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held to celebrate the inauguration of a permanent supportive housing project proposed at 3200 West Temple Street in Rampart Village, Los Angeles. Non-profit organizations Search to Involve Pilipino Americans (SIPA) and Linc Housing Corp. are the project developers. D33 Design & Planning and Synthesis Design + Architecture are the project architects.
252 North Hoover Street is a full height in Filipinotown, Los Angeles. Daniel S D Construction is listed as the primary contractor. It will bring new housing to what was once an empty lot, with views of Downtown Los Angeles as well as the Hollywood Sign.
Construction has topped out at 3200 West Temple, in Filipinotown. The project has been titled “HiFi Collective,” by developers Link Housing. The site was previously the headquarters for Search to Involve Pilipino Americans (SIPA), who will occupy 6,100 square feet of the commercial ground floor, once the project finishes.
