Vertical construction can be seen for a proposed mixed-use project at 178 South Euclid Avenue in Pasadena. The project proposal includes the development of a six-story mixed-use complex offering residential spaces, retail spaces, and onsite parking.

Toledo Homes is the project developer. Onyx Architects is responsible for the design concepts.

One Seventy Eight, named for its address will consist of a six-story building that will offer 42 condominiums and retail space on the ground floor. The retail space will span an area of 1,000 square feet. A subterranean parking garage will also be developed on the site.

The project broke ground in early 2020 and the developer indicated that completion was expected in roughly 18 months. The project site is located just south of the Paseo shopping center with two similar projects are under construction nearby.
