Affordable Units Break Ground at 405 North Westlake Avenue, Historic Filipinotown
A new affordable housing project celebrated groundbreaking at 405 North Westlake Avenue in Historic Filipinotown in Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a four-story building offering affordable housing for the unhoused. Holos Communities and Restore Neighborhoods L.A. have teamed up as project developers. Lehrer Architects is responsible for the designs.
