The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 1.29 acres. Plans call for the construction of 33 townhome-style condominiums. The townhomes will be designed as a mix of three-bedroom dwellings, ranging from approximately 1,200 to 1,800 square feet in size. The housing complex will also offer a total of 71 parking spaces on the site.

Plans depict the project as a series of Spanish-style buildings with stucco exteriors and tile rooftops. The project site is located west of the Rio Hondo.

The developer is seeking approvals for the proposed development. A project application has been submitted. Requested entitlements would include density bonus incentives permitting more housing than otherwise allowed by base zoning rules. In exchange, three of the new homes would be set aside for purchase by moderate-income households.

If approved, the initial study published mentions that construction could begin in 2024. The Foster Bridge development would occur over a roughly 12-month period.
