Townhomes Approved at 7360 Foster Bridge Boulevard, Downey
A new residential project has been given the green light for development at 7360 Foster Bridge Boulevard in Downey. The project proposal includes the redevelopment of a church built in the 1950s into a townhome community. Seal Beach-based Olson Homes is the project developer.
