The project proposal includes the construction of 64 apartments spread throughout multiple buildings. Century Housing Corp is the project developer. The Architect’s Collective has taken over the project from Gensler, which had created the design for the complex.

The project proposal includes the development of a 15-story mid-rise office tower. Plans call for razing several existing commercial building, including a Staples office supply store.
