Alagem Capital Group & Cain International Announce ‘One Beverly Hills’

Alagem Capital Group, in partnership with Cain International, recently announced their joint venture One Beverly Hills in Los Angeles. The project is a striking and dynamic mixed-use urban resort in the center of world-famous Beverly Hills. The 1.375 million-square-foot project is designed as an environmentally sustainable, mixed-use urban resort around botanical gardens. Gensler and Foster + Partners are managing the design concepts and construction. RIOS is the landscape architect for the project.

An application has been submitted to the Los Angeles Planning Commission, proposing the development of a new apartment complex at 121 West 3rd Street, Downtown Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a fifteen-story apartment building with modular apartments replacing an on-site parking lot. The development requires the approval of Density Bonus Incentives to permit increased height and floor area, as well as a reduction in required automobile parking.

The 4.8-acre site used to belong to Martin Cadillac, which has relocated to make way for Martin Expo Town Center, a development of office buildings, retail, and housing. Hines, USAA Real Estate, and Philena Properties are currently developing the property.
