Modular Apartments Proposed For 121 West 3rd Street, Downtown Los Angeles

An application has been submitted to the Los Angeles Planning Commission, proposing the development of a new apartment complex at 121 West 3rd Street, Downtown Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a fifteen-story apartment building with modular apartments replacing an on-site parking lot. The development requires the approval of Density Bonus Incentives to permit increased height and floor area, as well as a reduction in required automobile parking.
Los Angeles-based firm, Relevant Group, is the project developer. Gensler is managing the design concept and construction.

Office Complex Revealed At 9220 N Santa Monica Boulevard, Beverly Hills

Los Angeles-based investor, Beverly Hills Land Company, has proposed plans to construct an office complex along a railroad at 9220 N Santa Monica Boulevard, Beverly Hills. The proposal includes the construction and operation of up to eleven new office buildings. The Project Site has frontages along Santa Monica Boulevard, Civic Center Drive, and Beverly Boulevard.
Gensler is managing the design concepts and construction of the project. Hocker is managing the landscape architecture.
