A hotel tower has topped out in downtown Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a 37-story structure consisting of two Marriott hotels with onsite amenities. Real estate investor and developer Lightstone is the project developer. Gensler is responsible for the design concepts and construction. Moxy Los Angeles Downtown and AC Hotel Los Angeles Downtown.

Apple is the new tenant, and has recently announced plans to bring 3000 new employees to Culver City by 2026 by “expanding its state-of-the-art campus with additional space for these employees and more.” Apple currently hosts its Apple TV headquarters out of Los Angeles.
